Wallet Deposits
Deposits made to your Gaming Hunk wallet are:
- Non-refundable once added to your wallet
- Usable only for platform competitions
- Withdrawable (minus pending entry fees) via UPI
Match Entry Fees

| Match cancelled (no opponent joined) | ✓ Full refund |
| Opponent no-show (verified) | ✓ Full refund + opponent's fee |
| Technical issue (platform fault) | ✓ Full refund to both players |
| Match completed normally | ✗ No refund (winner takes prize) |
| You leave/forfeit mid-match | ✗ No refund (opponent wins) |
Disputed Matches
When a match is disputed:
- Entry fees remain in escrow until resolution
- Our team reviews evidence within 24-48 hours
- Decision options: Award to winner, refund both, or split
- Platform decision is final
Withdrawals
Wallet balance can be withdrawn:
- Minimum withdrawal: ₹100
- Processing time: 24-48 hours
- Method: UPI to registered account only
- No withdrawal fees charged
Account Termination
If your account is terminated:
- Voluntary closure: Remaining balance refunded within 7 days
- Violation of terms: Balance may be forfeited
- Pending disputes: Resolved before any refund
