1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gaming Hunk ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Gaming Hunk, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India (excluding states where skill-based gaming is restricted)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Nature of the Platform

Gaming Hunk is a skill-based esports competition platform. Important clarifications:

  • Outcomes are determined solely by player skill, not chance
  • This is NOT gambling, betting, or wagering
  • The Platform acts as a facilitator for peer-to-peer competitions
  • Entry fees are held in escrow until match completion

4. Account & Wallet

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The Platform is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence. Wallet balances are non-transferable between users.

5. Match Rules

  • Entry fees are locked once a match begins
  • Winners are determined by match results submitted by players
  • Screenshot proof is required for result verification
  • Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of match completion
  • Platform's decision on disputes is final

6. Fees & Payouts

The Platform charges a 5% service fee on prize pools. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours via UPI. Minimum withdrawal amount applies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using cheats, hacks, or exploits
  • Match fixing or collusion
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Fraudulent payment activity
  • Harassment of other users

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Remaining wallet balance (minus pending disputes) will be refunded upon valid termination requests.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gaming Hunk is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from platform use, including but not limited to match disputes, technical failures, or third-party actions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
